Frank Lampard given update on Werner and Ziyech arrival in new press

Chelsea manager hold a press conference hours ago to adress the public about Ziywch and Timo Werner arrival as well as the status of player that will not be playing in tomorrow match due to injury.

He started his speech providing the latest team news for their premier league match against Watford at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening in respect to injury updates on Fikayo Tomori and Mateo Kovacic.

lampard declared Fikayo not fit yet, he said ‘He’s hopefully going to be training with with the team somewhere through next week.

He further claim that He’s doing a lot of work but in terms of the last bit to get him on the training pitch, it’s been tough.

and on on Kovacic, lampard said he is going to be out of this game. He hurt his Achilles during the West Ham game and will miss this one, possibly the next one after that but hopefully it won’t be too long after that.

Ziyech and Timo Werner arrival

Lampard said they haven’t arrived. And this is based on that fact that Convid19 Pandemic is still affecting inter country movement, he said Chelsea is waiting on quarantine news to make sure the players can travel and be able to move around and work as we’ll need them to.

Speaking about Timo Werner, he said he’s only finished recently so he’s having a well-deserved break at the minute and will come back later on in July. Ziyech will come here earlier than that but we’ll have to wait for the quarantine news before we can be clear on that.’
